How are your paintings made?

We create our paintings using digital tools by reproducing the methods and certain codes of the different traditional styles of hand painting. Then, our digital paintings are tested and then printed at our supplier using a high-precision printer and with durable ink on 100% cotton canvas before being assembled on a natural frame.

 

What are the shipping times for your products?

We take 2 to 4 days to process your order and then 1 to 2 weeks to deliver it to you depending on your country.

 

Do you ship all over the world?

For the moment, the shop is specialized in France and the European Union. We also opened our market to North America and Australia.


Where do we ship your product from?

For France and the European Union, we ship from Spain.

For the United-States, Canada and Australia, we ship our products from one of the nearest big city from your delivery location.

 

Do you provide product tracking/tracking information?

Some items are missing from my order, what's going on?

Our products are shipped separately according to your order. If this contains, for example, articles from two different warehouses, there will therefore be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most certainly arrive shortly. If 1 week after the first delivery you still have not received anything, we invite you to send us an email. After checking if it is indeed a shipping error, we will send you a copy of the article or we will offer you a refund for the uncollected article.


I received a damaged item. What can I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us an image of the damaged item in question with an explanation of your situation to email: team.inkconceptart@gmail.com and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible. We also invite you to consult our return policy.

I still have not received my order. What's taking so long?

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can track your order and see where it is at any time. Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their online items. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course make the payment, in the event that the appeal is made within 30 days of the date of the order and the product(s) concerned are not on sale.
