Our paintings are tested then printed by our supplier using a high-precision printer and with durable ink on 100% cotton canvases before being assembled with a natural frame. We take on average 2-4 days to process your order and then up to 10 business days for delivery, depending on your country from the print warehouse.
For the moment, the store can only ship in France and the European Union, but in more exceptional cases it can ship abroad. We plan to develop an international platform soon.
Shipping costs are calculated based on your country on the purchase page. However, we will never exceed 5.00 euros. We ship from Spain to France and the rest of the European Union. You can track your order via the link sent by email following your purchase.
Our products are shipped separately according to your order. For example, if this contains items from two different warehouses, there will therefore be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most likely arrive shortly. If 1 week after the first delivery you still have not received anything, we invite you to send us an email. After verifying whether it is indeed a shipping error, we will send you a copy of the item or we will offer you a refund for the item not received.
